What this website collects
Contact and booking form. When you submit the form we receive the details you type: name, phone number, email (optional), preferred date, treatment of interest and your message. The form is processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores submissions on our behalf and emails them to the centre. We use them only to reply to you and, if you become a patient, to open your record.
Technical data. Like most websites, our host records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. If we enable Google Analytics we will update this policy; at the moment the site loads no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
Cookies. The site itself sets no cookies. Third-party services linked from it (for example Google Maps or WhatsApp) have their own policies once you leave our pages.
Patient records
Clinical records created when you are treated at the centre are held in line with UAE health-data law, including the rules on storing health data within the UAE and on confidentiality. Records are accessed only by the clinical and administrative staff involved in your care. You may request a copy of your record through reception.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you from this website, to correct it, or to delete it where we have no legal duty to keep it. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and the centre (for example our hosting and form provider), with insurers if you ask us to claim on your behalf, and where the law requires.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
